Sajal Tech Solutions Private Limited ("Sajal Tech", "we", "us", or "our") operates the website sajaltech.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have. The Site does not have user accounts, comments, or a blog, it is a marketing and lead-generation site for our software and AI development services.

Information you provide to us. When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, company name, email address, phone number, and the project details you share with us. We use this solely to respond to your inquiry and discuss a potential engagement.

Information collected when you book a call. Our contact page embeds Calendly to let you schedule a call. Any information you enter into that scheduler (e.g. name, email, call time) is collected and processed by Calendly under its own privacy policy.

Information collected automatically. We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand aggregate traffic and site performance (e.g. pages viewed, load times, general geographic region, device/browser type). These tools are cookie-free and do not build an individual profile of you or track you across other websites. We do not use advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, or session-recording tools on this Site.

The Site itself does not set tracking or advertising cookies. If you use the embedded Calendly scheduler on our contact page, Calendly may set its own cookies to make the booking widget function, this is governed by Calendly's cookie and privacy policies, not ours.

We use the information you submit through our contact form to respond to your inquiry, prepare project proposals or quotes, schedule calls, and (where you have agreed to be contacted) follow up about our services. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for unrelated marketing without your consent.

We rely on a small number of trusted third-party services to operate the Site: Web3Forms (to deliver contact form submissions to our inbox), Calendly (to schedule calls), and Vercel (to host the Site and provide analytics/performance monitoring). Each of these providers processes data under its own privacy policy, and only to the extent needed to provide their service to us.

We retain contact form submissions and related correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, manage an ongoing or prospective engagement, and comply with our legal and accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time as described below.
