  • Yes. Many clients start with two roles from different tracks. Teams of three or more engineers include a part-time delivery lead who runs sprint planning and demos.

  • Our team is based in India and works with clients worldwide. Engineers work in your time zone, so standups, reviews and releases happen in your working day, with on-call cover agreed for incidents.

  • They are employed by Sajal Tech, so we handle payroll, equipment, benefits and compliance. Day to day, they take direction from your team and work inside your tools.

  • We sign an NDA before you share details, and all code and IP transfer to you as each month is paid. Our processes follow ISO 27001, and we can work in your cloud accounts with your access controls.

  • We replace them at no extra cost and run a handover with the outgoing engineer so context is not lost. You can ask for a replacement at any time.

  • Yes. The Dedicated Developer Trial runs for one month at $3,000 to $5,000 depending on seniority. If it works, you extend month to month or add more roles from any track.
