• What does Sajal Tech build?

  AI products such as agents, RAG assistants and LLM features, plus web platforms, mobile apps, SaaS products, cloud setups and data pipelines. Most clients come to us for AI work or a new product build.

• Do you work with startups or enterprises?

  Both. Founders come to us for a first product or MVP, and enterprise teams come for AI features, platform rebuilds or extra senior engineers on their roadmap.

• Where are you based, and will our hours overlap?

  Our HQ is in Panna, Madhya Pradesh, India, with a second office in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, and the team is remote-first. We agree overlap hours with every client and work with teams in 25+ countries, including the US, UK, Europe, the Middle East and Australia.

• Who will I work with day to day?

  A named technical lead and the engineers building your product. You talk to them directly in a shared Slack or Teams channel, not through an account manager.

Pricing

• How much does a project cost?

  Packages start from $1,500, custom projects from $8,000, and a dedicated senior developer from $3,000 a month. The price depends on scope, integrations and compliance needs, and you get a written, fixed price before any work starts.

• Do you work fixed price or time and materials?

  Fixed price for defined scope, and a monthly retainer for dedicated teams working on an evolving roadmap. We will recommend one on the first call.

• What happens if the scope changes?

  We price the change, show what it does to the timeline and only start it once you approve in writing. Small adjustments inside the agreed scope are absorbed in the sprint.

Process and timelines

• How long does an MVP take?

  MVPs can go live in as little as three weeks. Most land between three and eight weeks, depending on scope, integrations and how quickly decisions are made.

• How will I see progress?

  A working demo every week, a shared board with every task, and direct access to the team. You approve what ships at each demo.

• What does your process look like?

  Five steps: discovery, planning, development, testing and launch. QA runs inside every sprint, and each release is staged and monitored.

• Can you take over a project another team started?

  Yes. We start with a code and infrastructure review, report what we find and agree a plan to stabilize the product before adding features.

Ownership and security

• Who owns the code?

  You do. Repositories, cloud accounts, design files and credentials are created in your name or transferred to you, and the contract says so.

• Will you sign an NDA?

  Yes, before you share anything sensitive. Send yours or ask for ours.

• How do you protect our data?

  Our processes are certified to ISO 27001. Access is limited to the named team, every change is code reviewed, and automated security checks run in the pipeline.

• Which AI models do you use?

  OpenAI models, Claude, Gemini and open models such as Llama, chosen for each use case on quality, cost, latency and where your data has to stay.

• Can AI work with our private data safely?

  Yes. We use retrieval so answers cite your own documents, keep data inside your cloud when needed, and set access rules so people only see what they are allowed to.

• How do you know the AI is good enough to launch?

  We build an evaluation set from your real cases, agree a pass mark with you and test every change against it before release.

Support

• What happens after launch?

  30 days of support come with every project. After that, choose a support plan, keep a dedicated team for the roadmap or take a full handover with documentation.
